This policy explains what personal data we collect through our website and in our dealings with you, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA").

2. What we collect
Information you give us
- When you book a strategy session, fill in a form or email us: your name, work email, phone number, company name, job title and anything you choose to tell us in your message.
- On our forms you may also tell us which service you're interested in, which business systems and AI tools your company uses today, and when you'd like to start.
- When you become a client: the contact and billing details we need to deliver the work and invoice you.
Information collected when you use our website
- Pages you visit, how you arrived at our site, your browser and device type, an approximate location based on your IP address, and the date and time of your visit.
- This information is collected with cookies. See section 6.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data, such as health, religious or biometric data. Please don't send it to us.

4. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and leads that don't become clients: for 1 year from our last contact with you, then deleted.
- Clients: for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as Thai accounting and tax law requires us to keep business records.
- Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as far as they need it:
- HubSpot, for our website, forms, meeting booking and customer records
- Google, for email, calendar, video calls (Google Meet) and the fonts on our website
These providers process data on our behalf under their own data protection terms. We may also disclose data where Thai law or a government authority requires it.
Your personal data is handled by our Thailand team. We do not share website visitor data with our office in Bangladesh.
We do not sell your personal data.
6. Cookies
Our website uses cookies, which are small files stored in your browser.
- Necessary cookies keep the site working and secure, and remember your cookie choice. They are always on.
- Analytics cookies show us how visitors use the site, such as which pages are read most, so we can improve it.
- Functionality cookies remember your settings and make features like forms and chat work smoothly.
- Advertising cookies help us show relevant Cloudnex ads on other websites and measure how well they work.
We use analytics, functionality and advertising cookies only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can accept all, decline, or choose by category.

7. Transfers outside Thailand
Some of our service providers store or process data outside Thailand. For example, our HubSpot account is hosted in North America, and Google may process data in several countries. Where data leaves Thailand, we rely on these providers' contractual safeguards for international transfers, as the PDPA permits.
8. How we protect it
We limit access to personal data to the people who need it. Our systems use access controls and encryption, and we require our service providers to protect the data they handle for us. No system is completely secure. If a breach puts your rights at risk, we will notify the authorities and you as the PDPA requires.
9. Your rights
Under the PDPA you have the right to:
- withdraw your consent at any time
- ask for a copy of your personal data, and ask how we obtained it
- receive your data in a commonly used electronic format, or have it sent to another organisation
- object to our use of your data
- ask us to delete, destroy or anonymise your data
- ask us to restrict how we use it
- ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete
- complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC)
To use any of these rights, email info@cloudnexsolutions.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we will reply within the time the PDPA allows.
10. Children
Our website and services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 20 without the consent of a parent or guardian.
11. Links to other websites
Our website links to other sites, such as LinkedIn and our partners' pages. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with its effective date at the top.
